Helen's Tapestry Hooked Rug

This is the top portion of the rug...the daily progress posts are at my Wordpress Blog..

I'm almost finished with my Helen's Tapestry rug...after all the redesigning for a wider cut (pattern arrived on the wrong linen) it has really been a fun project and I've learned a lot!!!!!
Happy Hooking! : )

Hello, My name is Dee, I found your blog somehow????? I love your rugs and whimsical style. Your blog has been inspiring. I haven't hooked in awhile due to my husband being ill. I have a few pieces i need to finish and finding your blog confirmed i need to start this wonderful art form once again. I bought a cutter and haven't even taken it out of the box. :( I will be back to visit you soon. Dee

Hello Linda: Sunnie Here! : ) I'm happy to help!!

I live up in the Newport-Derby Area...but if you will check with Carolyn Buttolph in St J, you will find a group of hookers who get together there.

Carolyn is also a member of the Northeast Kingdom Artisans Guild and you can find her work (and mine!) in the NEKAG Gallery in downtown St. J (with the purple awning!) : )

Tis my old blog that I don't really use much any more. If you are interested in seeing more of my work and keeping up with what I am doing, my new Blog is
